So it’s come to this: finally giving myself some time to do something I’ve been wanting to do for months. This blog will be updated every two weeks with mostly essays, some photos and possibly even videos down the line. Although the style and nature of the content will probably evolve as this develops, everything will be done through the lens of food.

 

Now I’m not going to be posting recipes, so if you’re planning to scroll past my ramblings to get to the potential juicy bits then, for the most part, you will be disappointed. That’s not the point of this blog. 

 

What is the point you may ask? Nothing; everything. Okay, maybe that’s a little heavy, but what I’m trying to say is this will be an experiment both in food and thought. Some sociopolitical brainstorming with a blend of herbs and spices. Emotional venting with extra cheese. Possibly even some slightly stoned stream of consciousness garnished with a sous vide egg. 

 

And yeah -  maybe a fucking recipe or two.
